Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item. Conditions of ReturnTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.                   

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to your account.

Exchange Policy – SNVN
At SNVN, we strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards and fits you perfectly. If you experience any issues with size or receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.
 
1. Size Exchange
• Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Only one exchange per order is permitted.
 
2. Damaged or Defective Products
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification.
• Once approved, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
 
3. How to Request an Exchange

• Order ID
• Product name
• Reason for exchange (size issue or damage)
• Supporting images/videos (if applicable)
Our team will guide you through the exchange process after verification.
 
4. Important Notes
• Products purchased during sales or special promotions may not be eligible for exchange unless damaged.
• SNVN reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests after inspection.
• Exchanges typically take 7–10 business days once the returned product is received.
