Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item. Conditions of ReturnTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at snvn.official@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to your account.
